At Africord Online, we strive to provide high-quality educational content. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download or instant online access, we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed.
By purchasing a course on our Site, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-tangible digital good and that the sale is considered final once access is granted.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
We may grant a refund under the following specific circumstances at our sole discretion:

Technical Failure: If the course content is technically defective, corrupt, or inaccessible, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.

Non-Access: If you purchased a course but have not logged in, viewed, or downloaded any content, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.

4. Processing Time

5. Course Updates
Occasionally, we update our course material to ensure it remains current. These updates are provided free of charge to existing students. Dissatisfaction with an older version of a course that has since been updated does not qualify for a refund.
